Capability is rentable. Trust is the bottleneck.
Frontier models write, review, and ship code as well for you as for anyone — rentable by the token. What separates firms now isn’t what their AI can do; it’s whether they’ve built the operating system to run on it safely. We built ours — one operator, a fleet of agents, multiple products shipping in parallel on a governed system — and we help you build yours.
Run by Zain Pasha — an ex-Meta PM who built measurement and attribution for Facebook App Ads at billion-user scale, then spent years on Trust & Safety. More on the firm.
For engineering leaders — at team scale
Make your engineering org AI-native. Safely.
Agent output is exploding, and the thing that decides what actually ships isn’t capability — it’s whether you can review, secure, and govern what your agents produce. We help you build the operating system that makes that safe: orchestrators directing a bench of specialist agents, on a shared constitution, behind gates that hold under a deal deadline.
We run our firm this way today, and we’ve proven the model at the scale of one. Nobody — including us — has a turnkey answer for a 40-person org, so we won’t sell you a transformation-in-a-box. We partner to build it, de-risked, on your real work, and we’re straight at every gate about what’s working and what isn’t.
The proof isn’t a slide
In our own firm, a reviewer agent flagged a bug on a pull request, was challenged with evidence by the agent that wrote the code, and retracted its own finding — no human in the loop until the merge. That governed disagreement is the kind of machine we install.
01 · Design & Readiness Sprint
~2–3 weeks · fixed fee, credits toward the pilot
We map your agent risk, tailor the target state, design the pilot, and baseline your metrics. You walk away owning the risk map and the plan — even if we stop here.
$15,000–30,000
02 · Pilot
~6–8 weeks · a design partnership
One squad, your real deal-features. We codify one team's standards into an in-flow advisor agent, stand up the orchestration loop, coach your orchestrators, and measure live. The proof: an orchestrator ships a complete, on-brand, gated feature end to end.
Scoped from the sprint
03 · Scale
ongoing · your team runs it
We advise the org-wide expansion — more orchestrators, the governed constitution, the full specialist bench — as a fractional AI-native transformation architect.
Retainer, per phase
We measure it, and so can you: one north star — request-to-production cycle time — held honest by four guardrails: escaped defects, security-gate escapes, engineer satisfaction, and product coherence. Speed that cheats on any of them isn’t speed.
Each stage earns the next. If the sprint doesn’t earn the pilot, you’ve spent a few weeks — not a transformation budget.

Advice on your build — operators & PMs
Smaller unit of work, same thesis. Concrete calls, not vague strategy — weighted toward what this background actually answers: measurement, agent reliability, and AI-feature trust.
- Where your agents break once they hit production — and what to gate before they ship.
- Measurement that holds up: what to instrument, how to attribute, how you'll know it works.
- Making an AI feature trustworthy: guardrails, abuse surfaces, failure modes.
- Should this exist? Validating the wedge before you write a line of code.
- Build vs. buy on the AI stack: model choice, cost, and lock-in.
Packages
Flat fees, defined deliverables, set turnaround. Most start with an async package; the Agent-Reliability Review is the on-ramp to a readiness sprint.
Reality Check
For operators with a hunch, not a spec.
Answer a few questions about your business and the problem. You get a one-page, plain-English read: should this exist, is the AI real or hype for your case, and what to do next. No jargon. Money-back if it's useless — at $350 the risk is on us — and the fee credits toward a bigger engagement within 30 days.
$350
Teardown
For founders and PMs with a pitch, plan, spec, or code.
Send the materials. You get a written teardown that ends in a decision and the three things to fix first — not a chat, an artifact. Add a 45-minute live walkthrough for $750 more.
$750
Agent-Reliability Review
For teams shipping agents into a real, money- or SLA-bearing workflow.
Repo access and your architecture notes. You get a failure-mode map (where your agents break), a logging and observability spec (what to instrument), and a gate/guardrail checklist (what to stop before it ships) — prioritized — plus a 60-minute readout. It's also the on-ramp to a readiness sprint: the same governance discipline, scoped to one workflow. Starts with a quick four-question fit-check.
Starting at $3,500
Standing advisory
For an ongoing relationship while you build.
Standing async access plus two sessions a month — across product, vertical strategy, measurement, and agent infrastructure. Three-month minimum.
Starting at $10,000/mo

How we work
Flat price, defined deliverable, set turnaround. If your intake shows it’s the wrong package, we’ll tell you before you pay. Payment is up front, by invoice — we confirm fit first, then send it.
Keep the inquiry form high-level. A studio evaluates a constant stream of ideas of its own, and we may already be exploring something close to yours — so anything sent through the public form is non-confidential by default, and we don’t sign an NDA as a precondition for reading it (see our Terms).
Paid engagements are covered by a separate written agreement. Confidentiality and data handling are set there, not here. If your work is regulated or IP-sensitive, say so up front and we’ll get terms in place before anything sensitive changes hands.
Request an engagement
Every engagement starts here. Tell us who you are and which one you’re after — we confirm fit, then send an invoice; payment’s up front. Not sure which fits, or want to see a sample first? Say so.
